De Montfort University (DMU) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works: The works consist of the refurbishment of Hawthorn Building Rooms 0.34, 0.35, 2.21. The proposal is to create a New Pharmacy flexible teaching space and Food lab and dining/ teaching space. Works will include new flooring and decoration works, new fixed and movable furniture and new dado trunking, power and data. Works will require coordination with Pharmacy Furniture Supplier and installed and Kitchen Furniture Supplier. The scheme will also require installation of new learning space equipment. The intended key project dates are as follows:- Start on Site - 24/07/2023 Practical Completion - 15/09/2023 Duration - 9 Weeks Full details of the University's requirements can be found in the attached tender pack.
