Tender description

1. Removal and replacement of existing roof lining. 2. Construction of new structural steel frame, prefabricated steel lighting box and ceiling lining, and the relocation of existing electrical sockets and services. 3. The external walls to be washed down with chemical compound to bring the external finish back to its original colour. 4. Insert lead flashing around the external heating inlets and insulate with spray foam and seal with Butyl rubber and provide steel supports and pad foundations to the heating units. 5. Internal finishes including, internal joinery, painting, varnishing, flooring and other internal finishes. 6. Heating, plumbing, electrical and lighting are the responsibility of the main Contractor. The latter will engage suitably qualified domestic sub-contractors who are capable of design and installation of the above services. 7. The Main Contractor will be appointed as Project Supervisor (Construction Stage) in Health and Safety matters. 8. All other works necessary for the proper completion of the project whether or not expressly stated in the contract documents.
