The works include for upgrade and construction works to the IDA Drogheda North Business Park and on the R132 adjacent. The works include, but are not limited to: • Site Clearance • Fencing • Bulk Earthworks • Drainage Repairs / Replacement • Ducting Works • Attenuation Pond Construction • Road Surfacing Works • Kerbs, Footpaths and Paving • Signs and Road Markings • Totem Sign Construction • Public Lighting Works • Watermain Works The full scope of works is as detailed in the Works Requirements
