the College is inviting organisations to tender for inclusion on two separate frameworks Lot 1 (minor building works) and Lot 2 (painting and decorating). Each Lot will be further divided into three categories of project/spend. As follows (figures inclusive of V.A.T): Small projects up to ?5k Medium projects between ?5k-?50k Large projects over ?50k Please see the guidance for further details.
