complete the removal, reinstatement and upgrade works to the existing walls and fencing to the boundary of the Tipperary ETB Administrative Office site. The works also include some work at roof level consisting of the inspection of the flashings and waterproof membrane to the roof of the main office building, focusing on the area surrounding the existing chimney stack, and the localised replacement of flashing and/or membrane where necessary.
