Tender description
This proposed First Floor fit-out comprises alterations and re-purposing of previously fitted out spaces designed to accommodate current and future demand for serviced laboratory and office accommodation on the European Marine Science Park. This contract will be awarded as a design and build (D&B) with the requirement that the contractor appoints their own design team to develop and complete the design necessary to enable the development to proceed. They will be responsible for the management of their designers and all sub-contractors to ensure that the project is delivered on time and to budget.
