Tender description

The works include a Retrofit (both finishes and services) an Extension and a change of use from an existing Presbytery Dwelling to a Parish Centre. The new space will consist of; Welcome / Information Area, Reception, Toilets, Offices, Tea Station, 4x Training Rooms, an Archive and circulation corridor and stairs. In addition to the above, the project will include some external civil works and landscaping.
