Melksham House Refurbishment Works

<p>The works include the design and construction of the refurbishment of Melksham House including but not limited to: i) Removal of asbestos containing roof coverings, remaining demolition works, treatment to eradicate possible areas of wet and or dry rot, ii) Careful removal of remaining redundant M&amp;E, installation of new MEP systems throughout which includes all new sanitary fittings, provision of new underfloor heating to Multi-Activity Spaces, radiators, installation of Air Source Heat Pumps and PV Solar Panels, Power and data throughout iii) Structural repairs to existing floor and roof members and external facades, new structural works including formation of new First Floor balcony area, Formation of new lift enclosure including alterations to form new openings, replacement of areas of floor on ground and first floors, construction of new external and internal walls together with new roof structure and coverings to suit. re-roofing of existing roofs, iv) New internal walls to suit reconfigured layout, new wall, floor and ceiling finishes which will also include for replacing areas of defective/ missing plaster and cornices, v) Repairing/ replacement of external doors and windows, repairing/ replacement of internal doors and screens, vi) Formation of new kitchen and WC/shower areas, vii) Redecoration throughout and fit-out of fixed-furniture including blinds viii) Site Works including formation of parking areas and access roads, soft landscaping, fencing, bin store and drainage installation and repairs ix) Incoming Services including new sub-station and new incoming BT lines</p> Keywords: Refurbishment
