General site clearance including cutting back of hedges, removal of trees and clearance of miscellaneous materials on ground surface; • Excavation and regrading of existing soil cap material to achieve formation level; • Construction of passive gas venting system including vertical gas trenches, lateral gas collection pipework, gas geocomposite and passive gas vents; • Construction of surface water filter drains; • Importation and placement of subsoil and topsoil capping material; • Landscaping and reinstatement of existing equine arena; • Tie in of site to existing road
