The Contracting Entity is seeking suitably qualified contractors for the refurbishment and Internal fit out of Bannatyne Mills, located within the Ted Russel Dock, Dock Road Limerick City. This building is a protected structure and the scope of work would include the following:- Demolitions & Alterations, Window Replacement, Roofing Repairs, Full Internal Fit-Out including Mechanical & Electrical Installation, Structural Alterations, Fabric Works Externally, External Works and Site Services, Car Park Construction, Ancillary Site Structures and Boundary Walls This is a 2 stage process conducted under the negotiated procedure. Stage 1 is the Prequalification.
