Tender for Contractor for works at An Tochar AEC for Kerry ETB Proposed works will be divided into the following four contracts, each to be priced separately a) Builders Works (civil & structural) including licensed Asbestos Removal, Disposal, Testing and Reoccupation Certification. b) Finishes c) Mechanical & d) Electrical Including all associated services and site works as inferred from the General Arrangement Drawings and Specification.
