- Works Required include but are not limited to the following, please reference pricing document for further clarifications o Removal of leylandii trees to the left-hand side of the columbarium – lowered to ground level, chipped and removed off site. o Site Preparation Works o The Installation of precast concrete columbarium units o Polished limestone niche cover installation o Limestone Plinth, Decorative Wall Cladding & Limestone capping installations o Replenishing existing Landscaped areas o Lowering of ESB and water ducting below ground level - The contractor is to carry out a pre-commencement condition survey of the works area, any adjacent area close to the works area, and all transport routes to be used within the cemetery - The contractor is to include for all temporary protection required to transport routes, existing boundary walls, headstones etc. during the project - The contractor is to include for all costs associated with making good any areas damaged during the works - The GCCC public works short form of contract (PW-CF6) shall apply, and the Contractor shall enter into an agreement with the Employer under this form - The Contractor shall keep the Employer indemnified against all claims in respect of, or arising out of, or in consequence of the Works, or of any preparation or provision of the Works and the Contractor shall be responsible for and shall pay all compensation for all damages and injury to any person or persons or to any property occasioned by trespass, whether willful or accidental, or any carelessness or neglect in design or construction of temporary works, marking, watching, timbering, shoring and otherwise protecting the adjoining buildings and premises. - Prior to the signing of a contract the Contractor shall prepare and submit a contract program for agreement with the Employer. - Maintain public and private roads, footpaths, kerbs, etc. in their present condition and keep the approaches to the site absolutely clean and clear of mud, debris etc., arising as a c
