Tender description

The project is to remodel existing laboratories with the Wallace Building on the Universities Singleton Campus. The work comprises re-modelling works to Wallace Labs 123 - 125. Construction to allow for demolitions, alterations and asbestos removal, new partitioning and new riser doors, floor, wall and ceiling finishes along with M&E installations and Laboratory furniture.
