Tender description
This competition is for the procurement and delivery of 41 homes at Cara Park for Dublin City Council. The work scope is as described in Volume A (Works Requirements and Specification) and Volume C (Pricing Schedule) and includes the following energy retrofit works: - External Wall Insulation - Windows and Doors - Heat pumps - Blocking up fireplaces - Solar PV panels.
