Tender description

The Redevelopment of the Sportsgrounds, College Road, Galway - Phase 2 – North Stand and High-Performance Centre & Associated External Works generally consists of the following: • Phase 2A - A new High-Performance Centre comprising of a new indoor synthetic training pitch and office accommodation which will incorporate offices and player welfare facilities (canteen, treatment rooms, etc). This new High-Performance Centre is adjacent to the existing Bohermore Cemetery wall which is within the curtilage of a site with a protected structure. • Phase 2B – Demolition of existing structures consisting of existing Clan Stand, Clan Bar, Clubhouse, Dressing Rooms and other ancillary buildings and construction of a new North Stand. • Site development works including drainage network, car parking, access roads, landscaping, utilities, substation and storage buildings will carried out throughout the three phases listed above.
