Proposed Refurbishment at Sean McDermott Street Lower, Mountjoy, Dublin 1.The works are to consist of the following as set out within the accompanying works package; (i) Removal and replacement of the existing roof structure deck and support, (ii) Removal of the existing ceiling, (iii) Minor internal alterations to the ground floor layout, (iv) Upgrade of escape doors and replacement of fire rated screens, (v) Internal and external painting & decorating, (vi) Localised removal and replacement of pool basin floor tiles & (vii) Elevational upgrades.
