Tender description

The appointment of a Principal Contractor for re-roofing works at Minyrhos Flats, Penrhos, Ystradgynlais SA9 1QR which comprises five blocks of flats of mixed tenure occupied with Council tenants and leaseholders. Works to include removal of existing roof coverings, replacement of roof coverings, abutment soakers and stepped flashings, replacement of existing troughing and downpipes, UPVC fascias, soffits and bargeboards.
