Tender description

The newly built Community Digital Hub will create a lasting addition on the main street of Villierstown, Co.Waterford providing a welcoming and accessible space for the growing and diverse population in West of Waterford. The new facility will provide a strong focal point and a meeting place accessed from the main thoroughfare of village. As the building will be operated for the benefit of the community and beyond, the materials, we are seeking should be robust and suitable for public usage whilst meeting statutory safety requirements. As part of the project, we will be seeking such services to include office design and layout, The spaces will need to be adaptive and function as a flexible, multi-use community space providing modern technologies as well as more traditional services.
