Tender description

<p>WSG Property Management (WSGPM) is a wholly owned subsidiary company of The Wilkins Safety Group Limited. For these works WSGPM is acting for and on behalf of Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. (the "Client"). This invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is being issued in connection with the competitive procurement of a hybrid system with an ASHP and gas-fired boiler has been selected for installation in this building. This has been chosen to support the whole building approach and ensure that the heat pump installed is of a suitable size for future demand. Changing the heat exchangers and emitters will allow the heat pump to operate at a lower flow temperature. The heat pump would then be able to operate at lower external temperatures thus removing the reliance on the oil (or gas) fired system.</p> Keywords: Building, Energy, Decarbonisation
