The Development is situated at No 15 Saint Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2. The Development consists of the renovation of the existing Georgian Building for Fire and DAC purposes as part of the Main Contract Works; This Reserved Specialist Tender includes for 1 Nr External Platform Accessible lift at the front entrance from ground to basement area and 1 Nr 630kg bespoke scenic traction MRL passenger lift to the rear of the building from basement level to second floor level.
