Remedial works to the existing external concourse and entrance road at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff which will include: • Resurfacing of the main entrance road along with re-configuration of existing car parking spacing and new layby. • Installation of new EV chargers • Replacement of existing steps • 2 No. new ramp walkways suitable for DDA • All existing footpaths to be replaced with resin bonded gravel including ramps • Stone planters • New Bollards • Road marking, road signage and traffic calming speed bumps • Replacement of existing drainage channels in the road • Cycle racks This tender pack sets out the information which is required by Sport Wales in order to assess the suitability of Contractors.
