Tender description

In order to increase the Electrical and Plumbing apprenticeship offering, these works include Full Strip out of the existing area including demolition works of existing classroom internal walls. Fit out 1 x Electrical Workshop that caters for 14 x Student Cubicles, 1 x Office and Storage. Fit out 1 x Plumbing Workshop that caters for 14 x Student Cubicles, 1x Office, Storage and an open Storage Mezzanine. Upgrade of existing Mechanical and Electrical Services within this space including the ancillary areas. Allow for Fire Stopping for all new service penetrations as well as upgrading any service pass throughs from corridors into this space and from these areas/ corridors into Service Shafts. Supply new Work Benches and Fixed Furniture allowing for all services required.
