Tender description
The Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA) requires a Contractor to undertake fire remediation and urgent remedial works on unoccupied buildings. The works will include general building repair and remedial works as necessary and identified within site specific Task Orders including but not limited to: - Commercial fit out and refurbishment works - Building roof maintenance and repair works - Windows maintenance, repair and replacement works - Leak remediation works (internal or external) - Mechanical & Electrical systems repair and replacement - Ground works - Waste Management works - Structural repair works - Internal or External painting and decorating - Works to internal or external pipe work - Roof safety system works - Works related to fire proofing & fire stopping - Works to maintain the structural integrity of derelict buildings - Works related to preservation of protected structures, fixtures, and fittings - Demolition services and debris removal - Handling and removal of hazardous materials (e.g. asbestos, chemicals) - Internal fit out for purposes other than office space (e.g. exhibition space, laboratory) - Other ancillary works that may be required for the proper operation of The Digital Hub campus.
