Tender description

Nature: Public Realm Garden Space Project, including the strip of the existing landscaping provisions and the construction of new planter beds for soft landscaping, installation of new hard landscaping including footpaths, along with the planting of grassed areas, new trees and watering systems, connection to existing and installation of new utility provisions, installation of Public Realm street lighting and the supply and installation of new seating provisions. Location: Located on the corner of Titchfield Street and St Marnock Street, KA1 1NP, Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, as prescribed in drawing ED13619-L-001 (General Layout). Length of contract: 13 weeks from the date of possession of the site (4 weeks mobilisation, 9 weeks construction), inclusive of Christmas period shut down.
