Tender description

The Works comprise the construction of a new uncovered, seated Northern Stand with associated hardstandings, walls, fencing, access steps etc. together with the refurbishment of the existing Southern stand to include re-roofing, modifications to the tiers/walkway, new seating, a new press area and refurbishment of the existing toilets, a hardstanding area to the rear of the West Terrace plus minor Mechanical and Electrical Services and all associated external works to be executed in a “live” environment in full occupation and use including the complex itself, the playing pitch, public roadways, dwellings and commercial premises all round as indicated on the Engineer’s Drawings, Specifications and other documents which make up the Works Requirements.
