The works consist of the development of 2 No. residential blocks (A & B) ranging from 3 to 4 storeys, comprising of 43 No. (1 Bed) Apartments and a community facility (c.128sqm) located within Block A. Access to blocks via 2 No. stair and lift cores and external walkways to each apartment, all totalling 2,994sqm including provision for external stores and plant rooms (c.70sqm). The site works will include demolition of the 2 No. existing residential blocks, modifications to the existing boundary walls, drainage, hard and soft landscaping within the site boundary to accommodate the proposed development.
