The proposal includes refurbishment of the existing Carnegie Library, Skerries (a protected structure RPS No. 201), demolition of 7 & 8 Chapel Lane, the provision of a two & three-storey extension (to the rear garden of the existing library building and the site of 7 & 8 Chapel Lane), new access point to Floraville Park (with ramp & steps) and all associated services and site works. The proposal includes a full upgrade of the public realm to the forecourt of Skerries Library, St. Patrick’s Church and public path and adjacent on-street parking. Floor Area: 895m2
