Millstreet Community School Refurbishment of 3 Science Labs and Ancillary Works

Tender description

These works include the refurbishment of 3no Science Labs at Millstreet Community School as outlined in the Architectural and Services package and summarised as follows: Full Strip out of the existing Labs Fit out of 3no New labs and Preparation Areas that caters for 3no New 24 Student Labs. Upgrade of existing Mechanical and Electrical Services within this space including the ancillary areas. Replace /upgrade existing AV services. Allow for the Fire Stopping for all new service penetrations as well as upgrading any service pass throughs from corridors into Labs and from Labs/ corridors into Service Shafts. Supply new Lab Casework and Fixed Furniture allowing for all services work for Water, Gases etc.
