Tender description

The existing fire station at Wheatley Hill was completed in in 1989 and requires a comprehensive refurbishment and remodelling including a 41m2 extension. An upgrade to the thermal envelope is included as part of the proposals. The construction value of work required is estimated to be £650,000. Please refer to the RIBA Stage 3 drawings and information accompanying the SQ.
