Design & Build a Skatepark and Ancillary Works at Fairlane Park, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. An area of 800m2 has been identified as a suitable site to construct the skatepark. The skatepark area to be developed must be a minimum of 600m2. The maximum budget for the design and construction of the skatepark is €200,000 including VAT. The skatepark will be constructed on lands leased from Waterford City & County Council and is supported by the Council Overall, Dungarvan Skatepark CLG is seeking an innovative design that makes high-quality use of the space, topography of the site and budget available. The skatepark should be designed as a destination facility for families and spectators to appreciate, as well as riders. The design should cater for a wide age-range and level of experience, including the ability to accommodate young beginners without interfering with the more experienced users of the facility.
