Supply and Delivery of Milk

South Lanarkshire Council has an ongoing requirement for the Supply and Delivery of Milk for Services within the Council which include Facilities, Education, Social Work Resources and South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture (SLLC). South Lanarkshire Council awarded a call-off contract by Direct Award under the Scotland Excel Framework noted below per the pre-defined selection procedure under the framework to Muller UK and Ireland Group LLP T/A Muller Milk & Ingredients as they were the highest ranked supplier within the Framework Agreement based on MEAT and they were the only supplier that had the ability to service South Lanarkshire Council under the Framework. Framework: Scotland Excel (SXL) Framework for the Supply and Delivery of Milk, 05-21 SXL Framework Period: 1 March 2022 - 28 February 2026 The commencement date for this call-off contract is the 1 March 2022, and it will continue in force until 28 February 2026 with the option to extend for up to 12 months.
