Outdoor Covered Area

Tender description

Outdoor covered area to be constructed in accordance with attached drawing (1369-TD-100). All specification to comply with The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. S101 Minimum Specification for the structure of Agricultural Buildings. All steel to be CE Marked and have a declaration of performance, and certified by the NSAI or equivalent. All steel to be hot dipped galvanised. Steel stanchions to be clad in metal cladding with a colour to be approved by client. All timber to be treated. Existing wire mesh fence panels around the construction area to be removed during construction and reinstated after construction. All excess/excavated soil to be removed off site. Grass area to be made good after construction. Floor slab to be 50mm above existing ground level with soil and grass to be ramped at access point. Brush finish to floor slab to prevent slips. Entire floor slab area to be painted with hard wearing durable paint.
