Tender description

The intent of the works is for the reinstatement of the property prior to its lease. Works required include both internal works to the bathroom, WC and Kitchen and Lounge, HSL (Hall, Stairs, landing) and bedrooms. Some external works are also included such as decorations. - Laytex and lay new floor covering to kitchen - Laytex and lay new Bathroom and WC floor covering - Install new kitchen - Install new bathroom components - Prepare and paint internal walls and ceilings - Reinstate new radiators fit TRV's and box in pipe works - Rebuild water cylinder cupboard with louvered doors and paint/seal in chimney breast. - Prepare and paint external woodwork - Prepare and paint external walls to main building Renew kitchen external step Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
