Radius Housing Association wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor(s) to provide the works in connection with Multi-Element Improvements including Health and Safety works in Northern Ireland identified below. • Internal and external door replacements • Window replacements • Electrical consumer unit upgrades to flats • General and emergency lighting upgrades • Fire detection system upgrades • Warden call system upgrades • Firestopping and compartmentation works • Cyclical redecoration and maintenance works . Time is to be of the essence in delivering the Works and any failure by the Contractor to comply with the time limits for commencing or completing the works shall be deemed to be a substantial failure by the Contractor to comply with the contract giving the Employer a right to terminate the contract.
