Refurbishment and Internal Alterations to Elm Court, Hawick

Tender description

Internal alterations to turn 30 existing 1bed/1person flats into larger family sized units. Smaller units will be merged into larger family homes and medium sized 1 bed flats to be renovated and redecorated. Eildon Housing Association wish to appoint a contractor to progress refurbishment and alteration works at Elm Court which currently comprises 30 existing units across 3 blocks. EHA wish to convert the smaller 1b/1p and 1b/2p flats into larger family units. Upgrades to the units will also include additional insulation and sound-proofing and new windows and external doors. Air-source heat pumps will replace existing electric storage heaters.
