Food Works Dairy Piloting facility LOT 1 - design, supply and install core infrastructure

<p>North Somerset Council are inviting quotes for the design and installation of core building infrastructure and plant to enable the fit out of one of the Product Development Rooms at The Food Works. This will require the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of plant that will form the basis of a Dairy and Non-Dairy specialism for this Regional Centre. PLEASE NOTE: The final processing dairy equipment is not included in LOT 1 Detailed description of products or services The supplier will be required to design, supply and install the core infrastructure and plant needed that will provide the basis for industry processing equipment to be installed for Development Kitchen 1. The items and work required for this Lot will enable the distribution of liquid ingredients around the room to base plant ready for initial processing prior to distribution to food manufacturing equipment. The work and plant required covered by this Lot (1) will include: &bull; All M&amp;E work required to enable the works. &bull; All structures and fixings required to house and support the core plant. &bull; A means to distribute liquid ingredients to all plant and equipment. &bull; Hot water supply. &bull; A CIP system to enable cleaning and sterilising of the system, including a spur into the neighbouring development kitchen. &bull; Chilled water supply and storage &bull; All relevant control panels.</p> Keywords: Dairy, Food Equipment, FoodWorks
