Two routes. Search the public portals for what is open now, or move earlier and read the pre-tender records: 161 of the 3,900 product notices on record sit at that stage, which is where a buyer describes the work before the specification is locked. Stotles aggregates 100+ portals, and platform-wide 0 notices were added in the last week.

Three shapes. Multidisciplinary teams brought in to build and run a digital product, which is most of it. Individual product owner and delivery roles supplied through resourcing frameworks. Then the phase work government buys in named stages: discovery, alpha, a minimum viable product, then the backlog that follows. 261 of the matching notices carry CPV 72000000 (IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support).

Eleven, at the last count, against 1,488 awarded notices and 161 at pre-tender. Open counts stay low here because product language sits in the body of a notice more often than in its title, and descriptions run longest once a contract is awarded. Platform-wide, 2,198 tenders are open across every topic Stotles tracks.

One code carries most of it: 72000000 (IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support), on 261 of the matching notices. It is not applied as a filter here. Plenty of relevant notices carry no code at all, and adding the sample's ten most common codes to the keyword filter drops the result set from 3,900 notices to 408.

Scope, and who owns the outcome. A software development notice buys a build against a written specification. A product notice buys the discipline that decides what to build: discovery, a roadmap, a product owner sitting with the team, iteration against a backlog. The same suppliers bid for both, so watch the two together rather than picking one.
