Tender description

The proposed works will comprise the fit-out of circa 2,600 Sq.m for office accommodation. The fit out works will consist of open plan office space, meeting rooms, informal meeting spaces and break out areas, canteen area, and tea/coffee stations. The works are to be completed by end November 2021 to allow occupation by Bord Bia in December 2021.
