Fitout of existing ICF Constructed houses at No 7 & 8, consisting of new finished floor at ground level, new internal layout including MF partition walls, Suspended ceilings, complete internal plaster works, full electric layout, New air to water plumbing system, air tightness and direct ventilation system, internal Joinery, with external works comprising of completion of stone cladding, to front façade, new SW pipe to be laid and connected to existing SW Network, new mcadam drive, concrete footpaths, and landscaping with all associated works
