Tender description

The form of Contract for this Scheme will be NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract, Option A: Priced Contract with Activity Schedule, June 2017. Conditions of Contract are the core clauses for main Option A, dispute resolution Option W2 and secondary Options X2, X4, X7, X16, Y(UK)2 and Z Clauses. Any reference to ‘Contract Administrator’ or ‘Project Officer’ within Volumes 1 - 5 shall be taken as having the same meaning as ‘Project Manager’ in the conditions of contract. Any reference to ‘Overseeing Organisation’ shall be taken as having the same meaning as ‘Client’. This Pre-construction Information covers the refurbishment and upgrading of the Eryl Wen Family Centre building and improvements to the landscaping at Eryl Place Llandudno. The works involve but are not limited to the refurbishment and remodelling of Eryl Wen Family Centre in three principal phases of work; a) Refurbishment and Remodelling within the building b) Upgrading and improving the External Envelope c) Alterations to External Landscaping and garages. a) Refurbishment and Remodelling within the building. Please refer to Volumes 2 - 5 for detailed information regarding the Scope of the project.
