Framework Agreement for General Building Works (lot 1) and Disabled Extensions & Wet Room Floors (lot 2) (377-AHL) - AWARD

Tender description

This procurement is for the provision of services related to general building works (lot 1) and disabled extensions & wet room floors (lot 2) within the North Somerset, and surrounding area such as Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset, Sedgemoor local / unitary authority areas and also in the Swindon area (such as SN1 to SN5, SN25 and SN26 postcodes). This procurement is being tendered using an open non-PCR2015 procedure. This procurement is split into two lots. Interested bidders are invited to bid for either or both lots. It is possible that a bidder may be appointed to both lots. The duration of the Framework is for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months, ending on 31st October 2025. AHG intends to award the frameworks on 26th October 2021 to go live on 1st December 2021. Tender (ITT) submissions MUST be received no later than Tuesday 5th October 2021 at Midday.
