Tender description
We are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and resourced building contractor to undertake accessibility improvements and refurbishment of the Ceremony Room at Bryngarw House, situated in Bryngarw Country Park, Brynmenyn, Bridgend CF32 8UU. In summary, the work comprises: • Removal and disposal of existing wheelchair platform lift • Removal and disposal of existing grid ceiling system (retaining 2no glass chandeliers) • Construction of wheelchair-accessible ramp (in lieu of a platform lift) with wainscoting and balustrades to match existing • Installation of new ceiling, circa +300mm above previous level, finished with decorative plaster ceiling roses, coving and mouldings • Re-decoration of room Please refer to drawing pack and NBS specification in Appendix 1 for full details.
