St Helens Borough Council Market Engagement for a Licence to Sell Food / Beverages / Ice Cream within the Parks of St Helens - Reference DN581819 The Council is undertaking a market engagement to help inform its options for the future award of a licence for a vendor to sell food / beverages / ice cream within the parks of St Helens. With this in mind the Council requests that potential vendors register on The-Chest portal www.The-Chest.org.uk reference DN581819, review the Park Facilities 2021 information and complete / return the Questionnaire V1 via The-Chest portal no later than 12 noon on the 29th November 2021. Please note at this stage this is not an Invitation To Tender but is an exercise to help inform the Council's options for the potential award of a licence.
