Provision of security and balustrade works at Larch Street and Longcliffe Road, Leicester

Tender description

The tender shall be for external security improvements detailed in the document suite. The Contractor shall include for all necessary materials, labour and associated plant and apparatus for the completion of the specified works on site. The contract is for external security improvements - Larch Street and Longcliffe Road, Leicester and will comprise of the following: o installation of new security fencing to blocks of flats including new secured gated access. o installation of new security fencing to bin stores including new secure gated access. o installation of new intercom system to each block of flats. o electrical installation works in connection with new intercom system. o replacement of existing timber balustrades to external walkways, balconies and stairs with new metal balustrade system. o redecoration of existing metal handrails serving external stairs.
