CM144 - YORbuild3 Minor Works Contractors Framework Agreement

Tender description

The YORbuild3 Minor Works Contractors Works Framework Agreements will consist of 5 regional framework agreements to serve all public sector bodies (and their statutory successors) and third sector organisations in the Yorkshire and Humber region and the Sheffield LEP area as detailed in these common procurement documents. The works involved are principally general building works and new housing, including contractors design when required. In addition some civil engineering works may also be included. Principles of collaborative working and partnering will be key to the relationships under the framework. Volumes 1 - 3 and 5 are common to all 5 framework agreements; however there is a separate version of Volume 4 for each of the framework agreements.
