Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Passenger Transport Services

This contract notice relates to the setting up of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) which will be used by Dumfries and Galloway Council and its partners to procure Transport contracts to deliver a range of transport requirements the Dynamic Purchasing System including but not limited to Local Bus Services , School Transport Services, Taxi services, Additional Support Needs Transport Services, Social Care Transport and Transportation of School Meals . Lot 1: Transport Services - Under 5 Passenger Seats (Nithsdale) All Transport Services using a vehicle with under 5 passenger seats taking place in the Nithsdale area of Dumfries and Galloway. This may include but not limited to school transport, taxi services, transport for those with additional support needs, transport of school meals and patient transport. Lot 2: Transport Services - Under 5 passenger seats ( Stewartry) All Transport Services using a vehicle with under 5 passenger seats taking place in the Stewartry area of Dumfries and Galloway. This may include but not limited to school transport, taxi services, transport for this with additional support needs, transport of school meals and patient transport. Lot 3: Transport Services -Under 5 passenger seats (Annandale and Eskdale ) All Transport Services using a vehicle with under 5 passenger seats taking place in the Annandale and Eskdale area of Dumfries and Galloway. This may include but not limited to school transport, taxi services, transport for this with additional support needs, transport of school meals and patient transport. Lot 4: Transport Services -Under 5 passenger seats (Wigtownshire) All Transport Services using a vehicle with under 5 passenger seats taking place in the Wigtownshire area of Dumfries and Galloway. This may include but not limited to school transport, taxi services, transport for this with additional support needs, transport of school meals and patient transport. Lot 5: Transport Services Under 5 passenger seats (wheelchair accessible) Nithsdale All Transport Services using a vehicle with under 5 passenger seats that is wheelchair accessible taking place in the Nithsdale area of Dumfries and Galloway. This may include but not limited to school transport, taxi services, transport for this with additional support needs and patient transport. Lot 6: Transport Services Under 5 passenger seats (wheelchair accessible) Annandale and Eskdale All Transport Services using a vehicle with under 5 passenger seats that is wheelchair accessible taking place in the Annandale and Eskdale area of Dumfries and Galloway.
