Removal /replacement of toilet & whb sanitary ware (Classrooms 1 – 6) + Staff Toilet + 2no. outside Principal’s Office – all in accordance with specification requirements called up within accompanying School Design Guide for Sanitary Facilities in Schools (ref. SDG 02-06)} · Provision of mechanical ventilation to all sanitary areas – all in accordance with specification requirements called up within accompanying School Design Guide for Sanitary Facilities in Schools (ref. SDG 02-06)} · Alterations (repair/replacement) of doors – incl. replacement of 6 no..doors with FD60S Fire Doors, addition of hold-open system to 3 no. double doors and Replacement/Painting of 20 no. doors (all as shown on accompanying Drawings), plus blocking up & making good of 2no. existing internal doorways. · Walls/ceilings to be painted (where so indicted on accompanying Drawings) · Reflooring (where so indicted on accompanying Drawings) · Renovation of Staff Room (as shown on accompanying Drawings) · New shelving x4 & Slide robes x2 as shown on accompanying Drawings), plus · and all other associated works (as detailed in accompanying Pricing Document)
