Tender description
On Behalf of The Kent County Council (the Contracting Authority), the Capital Projects Department are looking to procure a main contractor to provide Design & Build Construction services from RIBA Stage 5 to RIBA Stage 7.\r \r The services are required for:\r \r - Completion of the Design & Development of Construction Details based upon the existing RIBA 4 Design Documents (to be issued as part of the ITT).\r \r - Construction Services to implement works as designed & approved.
