Tender description

The framework covers reactive maintenance and planned maintenance, including minor works and refurbishments in the following lots: Heating and Plumbing – including: water and gas, from repairs and maintenance to refurbishment projects. Surfacing works – includes: resurfacing paths and roads. Electrical Works – Including bulb changes to new fittings. Roofing Services – Including: flat roofs, pitched tiles, from repairs and maintenance to replacement roofing projects. General Building – including: joinery, minor repairs and planned projects. Lot 1: Lot 1 Estates Maintenance Framework Lots 1 to 5 Lots 2 to 6 documents are given in this lot (except Annex 1a Response to Requirements - Scenarios which is provided in the other lots). You will need to complete and submit the supplier questionnaire in this lot. Additional information: Weightings have been provided in the other lots.
