The site development compromises a transit shed with internal floor area of circa 7,880m2 with associated external works required include new substation, surface water drainage, external paving (circa 10,200m2) capable of withstanding loads imposed by heavy plant and operational traffic (e.g. front loading shovels, HGV’s etc).
